Admission and Registration
Please read the admission and registration requirements carefully before completing and submitting the following application form. Submission of the application does not constitute acceptance for study at the Ribat. Admission is subject to approval by the relevant departments and final authorization by the administration, in accordance with the applicable regulations and policies.
Admission Requirements
The following requirements must be met by students wishing to study in the residential section of the Ribat, whether applying from within or outside Yemen:
- The applicant must be over sixteen years of age, or must have reached secondary school level or its equivalent in their country.
- The applicant must be of good character and conduct and must have no previous security violations, whether in their country or elsewhere.
- The applicant must be free from communicable diseases and must undergo a medical examination if requested to do so.
- The applicant must undergo an admission test, an assessment of their level of knowledge and academic competence, a personal interview, or any other procedure approved by the administration and required by the competent registration authority at the Ribat.
- The applicant must adhere to the prescribed period of study for the relevant department or specialization.
- The applicant must pay the prescribed fees or contributions within the specified time. (For inquiries regarding fees, please contact the Student Affairs Department.)
- The applicant must complete the admission and registration application form (available through the link provided on this page) and submit the following documents:
- A valid identity card for Yemeni applicants, or a valid passport for non-Yemeni applicants.
- A signed consent from the applicant’s legal guardian, or a consent duly certified by the competent official authority in the applicant’s country or by its representative in Yemen.
- A signed undertaking by the student confirming their commitment to all internal rules and regulations of the Ribat applicable to students, after having reviewed them.
- A recommendation letter signed by the recommender.
- Any other documents deemed necessary by the Registration Committee at the Ribat.

Registration Period
The registration period for students wishing to study at Ribat Al-Is’aad for the upcoming academic year 1449 AH, Allah willing, begins at the start of the current Hijri year 1448 AH and continues until the end of Rajab. The arrival period for accepted students, along with the related procedures, will be determined by the Ribat’s Admission Committee in coordination with the accepted students
